
Caesar Chicken
1.5 lb. (680g) Chicken Breast
0.5 oz (14g) Italian Parsley
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
16 oz (473ml) Caesar Salad Dressing
1 Lime
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Bay Leaves
Salt & White Pepper
Lettuce
Preparations:
1- Mince the parsley.
Directions:
1- Transfer the chicken breast into a small pot.
2- Add bay leaves and garlic cloves.
3- Add as much as salt and white pepper you would like.
4- Pour enough water to cover the chicken breasts.
5- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for half an hour or until the chicken is cooked.
6- Transfer the cooked chicken along with the garlic cloves over to a large bowl.
7- Stir in parmesan cheese and minced parsley.
8- Squeeze a fresh lime on top.
9- Add caesar dressing and stir thoroughly until well mixed.
10- Serve with bread and lettuce.
