
BREAKFAST PIZZA
Pizza Dough
4 Eggs
6 slice American Cheese (Approx. 4 oz / 113g)
Mozzarella Cheese (Approx. 4 oz / 113g)
2 Mini Bell Pepper
1 Tomato
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion
Salt, Black Pepper, Dried Basil
PREPARATIONS:
1- Slice the Onion.
2- Dice the tomatoes.
3- Slice the bell peppers.
DIRECTIONS:
1- Fry sliced onion with olive oil until translucent.
2- Stir in diced tomatoes and continue frying for 10 more minutes.
3- Meanwhile, Roll out the pizza dough and transfer to a pizza pan. Using a fork, poke some holes.
4- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the pizza dough for 6 minutes.
5- In a large bowl, Whisk eggs, salt, pepper and dried basil together.
6- Add the mixture to the fried onion pan and scramble.
7- Remove the pizza bread from the oven. Lay slices of american cheese over the bread.
8- Cover the cheese with the scrambled egg mixture and spread evenly.
9- Top the pizza with mozzarella cheese and sliced bell peppers.
10- Bake the pizza in oven over 400º F (204º C) for 10 minutes.
