1 lb (453g) Beef Tri-Tip 2 Eggs 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Turmeric PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut the beef in thin layers. 2- Pound the flap beef with mallet until well tenderized. 3- Combine bread crumbs with few pinches of turmeric in a bowl. 4- Whip the eggs in a small bowl until well mixed. DIRECTIONS: 1- Sprinkle the beaf with salt and pepper on both sides. 2- Roll the beef in a bowl of flour. 3- Dip the beef to the egg bowl. 4- Transfer the beef into the bread crumbs. 5- Fry the beef over medium heat until fried.
