Beef Rouladen
1 lb (454g) Tri-Tip Steak (Thin cuts) 1 1/2 Cup Beef Broth Beef or Turkey Bacon 1 Bell Pepper 1 Onion 1 Cucumber Pickle (In Brine) 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Dijon Mustard Salt, Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Slice the onion and bell pepper. Directions: 1- Sprinkle each slice of steak with salt and bell pepper. 2- Spread dijon mustard over the steak. 3- Cover the steak with slices of turkey bacon. 4- Add few cucumber pickle, bell pepper and onion wedges. 5- Roll up the steak and secure with wooden toothpicks. 6- Melt unsalted butter in a small pot. 7- Fry the steaks. 8- Pour in beef broth. 9- Cover the pot and simmer for 90 minutes.
