2 Large Eggplants 4 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Tahini (Sesame) 1 Lemon Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Grill the eggplants. 2- Peel the eggplants skin. DIRECTIONS: 1- Grind garlic cloves with a mixer/blender. 2- Mix the garlics with the grilled eggplants, salt, olive oil, tahini. 3- Squeeze a fresh lemon into the mixture. 4- Mix until well blended. Dust with ? and sprinkle minced ? on top when serving
