Asian Chicken Salad
1 lb (454g) Chicken Breast 7 oz (198g) Savoy Cabbage 5 oz (142g) Romaine Lettuce 0.5 oz (14g) Cilantro 2 Carrots 1 oz (28g) Almonds 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp Ginger 1 Garlic Clove 1 stick Green Onion 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Honey 2 Tbsp Corn Starch Asian Salad Dressing http://www.aashpazi.com/asian-salad-dressing Vegetable Oil Wonton Skins Chow Mein Noodles Preprations: 1- Slice the chicken breast. 2- Slice the green onion. 3- Chop the savoy cabbage and romaine lettuce. 4- Mince the cilantro. 5- Grate the carrots. 6- Slice the almonds. 7- Cut the wonton skins to 1 inch straps. Directions: 1- Mash garlic cloves and combine with grated ginger and green onions. 2- Stir in rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and honey. Stirring thoroughly. 3- Place the chicken breasts into the marinade. 4- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to one hour. 5- In a large bowl, combine the savoy cabbage, romaine lettuce, cilantro, carrots, and almonds. 5- Deep fry the wonton skins with vegetable oil and add to the salad. 6- Add chow mein noddles. 7- Remove the chicken breast from the marinade. 8- Coat with corn starch. 9- Grease a pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken breast. 10- Add the fried chicken breast to the salad bowl. 11- Garnish with as much as asian salad dressing as you would prefer.
