APPLE STRUDEL

1 lb (454g) Puff Pastry Dough puff pastry dough 2 Apples 1 Tbsp Sugar 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/3 Cup Raisins 1/3 Cup Pecans 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs 1 Egg PREPARATIONS: 1- Peel and slice the apples. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place sliced apples into a bowl. 2- Add sugar, cinnamon, raisins, pecans and bread crumbs to the bowl and stir. 3- Roll out puff pastry dough into a rectangle shape on a working surface. 4- Place the apple mixture in the middle of the dough. 5- Roll the dough over the filling and seal by pinching the edges together. 6- Transfer the dough on a well floured cookie pan (seam side down). 7- Make few cuts across the dough. 8- Brush the surface of the dough with an egg (beaten). 9- Preheat oven to 375º F(190º C), bake the strudel for 30 minutes.
