1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour 6 Egg Whites 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Sugar 1 Tsp Cream Of Tartar 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract Whipped Cream Blueberries Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Beat the Egg whites until stiff. 2- Add cream of tartar, vanilla extract and sugar (1/4 Cup) while whisking. 3- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and sugar (1/4 Cup). 4- Sift in the flour mixture into the egg white gradually, while folding. 5- Using a pastry bag, transfer the batter to mini angel cake pan or mini bundt pan. 6- Swirl/run a toothpick through the batter to release air bubbles. 7- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake the cakes for 30 minutes. 8- Allow to cool down. 9- Top with whipped cream and blueberries or toppings of your choice when serving.
