Directions: 1- Combine ground coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin, angelica, tarragon, savory, mint, cilantro, black pepper, crushed red pepper, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir thoroughly. 2- Heat the ingredients over high-medium heat for less than a minute.
