- 30 oz (850g) Kidney or Red Beans (2 Cans)
- 1 Small Onion
- 3-4 Lemons
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Bunch Parsley
1- Mince the parsley.
2- Pre-cook the kidney or red beans or use their canned product.
3- Dice a small onion.
1- Put the parsley in a large bowl.
2- Add the beans, sliced onions, salt (as needed).
3- Squeeze the lemons on top of all and pour the olive oil.
4- Mix thoroughly.
