Red Beet Salad
2 Large Red Beets 2 Garlic Cloves (20g) Green Onions Salt, Crushed Black Pepper Olive Oil Balsamic PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut the beets in four half. DIRECTIONS: 1- Cover a bakeware with aluminum foil. 2- Place the beets onto the bakeware. 3- Mash garlic cloves over the beets. 4- Add few pinches of salt and crushed pepper, and drizzle olive oil and balsamic. Cover with aluminum foil. 5- Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C), cook the beets for about two hours. 6- Remove the beets from oven, remove the aluminum foil and allow to cool down so it's cool enough to handle. 7- Grate the beets and ring few green onions on top. 8- Stir well. For the best result, keep it in a refrigerator for an hour before serving.Read More
- 2 Large Eggplants
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Tahini (Sesame)
- 1 Lemon
1- Grill the eggplants.
2- Peel the eggplants skin.
1- Grind garlic cloves with a mixer/blender.
2- Mix the garlics with the grilled eggplants, salt, olive oil, tahini.
3- Squeeze a fresh lemon into the mixture.
