ARTICHOKE DIP

2 Artichokes Hearts Click to learn how to trim & clean artichoke's heart video 1 Bunch (7 oz - 198 g) Spinach 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise 2 Garlic Cloves 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese 1 Lemon Salt, Ground Chili Pepper, Black Pepper Powder, Dried Basil PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut the artichokes in four. 2- Slice the lemon. DIRECTIONS: 1- In a small pot, squeeze the lemons and place them in the pot. 2- Add salt, place the sliced artichokes in the pot. 3- Add boiling water to the pot until it covers the artichokes. 4- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes over medium heat or until tender. 5- Drain the artichokes and transfer them into a bowl. 6- Microwave spinach for 3 minutes. 7- (Allow to cool down) Squeeze and drain the excessive juice from the spinach thoroughly. 8- Chop the tangled spinach in small pieces and add to the artichoke bowl. 9- In a separate bowl, Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise to mix. 10- Mash the garlic cloves into the bowl. 11- Sprinkle ground chili pepper, black pepper powder, dried basil, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. 12- Add the artichokes and spinach to this bowl. 13- Stir well, mash the artichokes in the mixture as you're stirring. 14- Transfer the artichoke dip into a bakeware. 15- Top the dip with 1/4 cup of parmesan and 1/4 mozzarella cheese, spread evenly across the surface. 16- Preheat oven to 350º F (176º C), cook the artichoke dip for 30 minutes. Serve Hot.
