Wonton Wrappers
8 oz (227g) Ground Beef Wonton Skins 3 oz (85g) Red Cabbage 3 oz (85g) Green Onions 1 Egg 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Tbsp Ginger 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Red Sauce Vegetable Oil Curry Powder Salt Preparations: 1- Mince the green onions and red cabbage. 2- Grate the ginger. Directions: 1- Combine ground beef, grated ginger, green onions, and red cabbage in a large bowl. Mash the garlic cloves over the mixture. 2- Add salt, curry powder, soy sauce, and hot sauce. 3- Keep stirring until all the ingredients are well mixed. EGG WASH: 4- Whisk an egg with 1 tablespoon water until well combined. 5- Place a tablespoon of the mixture over a wonton skin and wrap the wonton skin around the mixture. 6- Seal the corners with the egg wash. 7- Deep fry the wraps in vegetable oil. Continue frying for 5 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked.
