1.5 Lb (680 g) Ground Turkey 1 Small Onion 2 Garlic Cloves salt, white pepper powder, Persian Spice Mix (Advieh) Dijon Mustard PREPARATIONS: 1- Grate the onion. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine ground turkey and onions in a large bowl. 2- Add salt, white pepper powder, Persian spice mix (Advieh) to the bowl. 3- Mash garlic cloves into the bowl, and add dijon mustard as preferred, stir until well combined. 4- Heat a pan over medium heat, spray with cooking spray (or grease with vegetable oil). 5- Take a portion of the mixture and flatten to make a burger shape. 6- Grill the burgers over the pan.
