4 oz (113g) Cream Cheese Bread (Any kind) 2 Zucchini or Squash 1 oz (28g) Cilantro 1 Garlic Clove Granulated Onion Salt and Pepper Olive Oil Preparations: 1- Mince the cilantro 2- Slice the bread. 3- Peel and slice the squash/zucchinis to your bread's size. Directions: 1- Garnish squash with salt, pepper, grunted onion and olive oil. 2- Stir and transfer the squash slices to a pan and broil with high temperature. 3- Combine cream cheese, mashed garlic and minced cilantro in a bowl. 4- Spread a layer of the filling over the bread. 5- Top with broiled zucchini/squash and cilantro and serve.
