TOOT CANDY

1/4 Cup Almond Flour 1 Cup Powdered Sugar (Confectioner's sugar) 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tsp Rose Water 20g Pistachios Food Coloring PREPARATIONS: 1- Slice pistachios lengthwise. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine almond flour and powdered sugar in a small bowl. 2- Add Rose water and stir until well mixed. 3- Continue mixing until the batter becomes evenly soft. 4- Add a drop or two of food coloring of your choice. Mix thoroughly. 5- Take a small portion (1 tbsp) of the batter and shape it as mulberry. 6- Roll the candy in sugar to cover the whole surface. 7- Press a sliced pistachio into the end of the candy to resemble a stem.
