INGREDIENTS: 15 oz (425g) Sweet Corn Kernels (1 Can) 1.3 oz (37g) Green Onions 0.3 oz (8.5g) Cilantro 2.4 oz (68g) Monterey Jack Cheese 2.4 oz (68g) Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise 1 Jalapeño 1 Garlic Clove 1 Tbsp Onion Flakes Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Red Pepper Preparations: 1- Seed and dice the jalapeño. 2- Mince the cilantro and green onions. Direction: 1- Transfer the diced jalapeño to a large bowl. 2- Mash a fresh garlic clove on top. 3- Stir in minced cilantro, green onions and a can of sweet corn kernels. 4- Add as much as salt, pepper, one tbsp onion flakes, and ground red pepper you would prefer. 5- Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. Add Monterey jack and cheddar cheese. 6- Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed. 7- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake the dip for 20 minutes.
