1 lb (453 g) Pizza Dough

4 oz (113 g) Sliced Ham
1 ounce (28 g) Sliced Pepperoni
2.5 oz (70 g) Provolone Cheese
4 oz (113 g) Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Oregano, Dried Basil, Flour
PREPARATIONS:
1- None.
DIRECTIONS:
1- Pat the dough into a rectangle.
2- Place the sliced hams in center.
3- Lay the pepperoni on top of the hams.
4- Sprinkle some Oregano and dried basil.
5- Arrange the provolone cheese sliced, and top with mozzarella cheese as preferred.
6- Fold the long edges of dough to center. Pinch all edges to seal.
7- Flip the dough and place it on a floured nonstick bakeware seam side down.
8- Brush the dough with olive oil.
9- Sprinkle more oregano.
9- Preheat the oven to 375º F (190º C) and bake the dough for 25 minutes (until golden).
