SHRIMP

"Fried Shrimp"

1 lb (453g) Shrimp 3 Eggs 3/4 Cup Milk Salt, Turmeric, Ground Chili Pepper, Paprika 1 Tbsp Baking Powder Vegetable Oil 1.5 Cup All-Purpose Flour PREPARATIONS: 1- Clean and devein the shrimps. DIRECTIONS: 1- Beat 3 eggs in a bowl until fluffy. 2- Add 3/4 cup of milk, salt, turmeric, ground chili pepper, paprika, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1.5 cup of all-purpose flour to the bowl and blend until well mixed. 3- Heat 4 to 5 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan. 4- Dip the shrimps in the mixture and deep fry.
