
SALAD SHIRAZI
3 Tomatoes 3 Cucumbers 1 Small Onion 1/4 Bunch Mint (leaves) 2 Lemons 1/3 Cup Verjuice (Sour Grape Juice) 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers and the onion. 2- Mince the fresh mint. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and minced mint in a large bowl. 2- Squeeze two fresh lemon into the bowl. 3- Add salt as much as preferred. 4- Add verjuice to the salad. 5- Add olive oil. 6- Stir thoroughly until well mixed. 7- Keep the salad in refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
