4 oz (113g) Fillo Dough 1 Egg 1 Cup Pastry Cream Sesame Seeds Walnuts PREPARATIONS: 1- Chop the walnuts to smaller pieces. DIRECTIONS: 1- Roll out the fillo dough to a thin sheet. 2- Cut the fillo dough sheet in 2 inch straps. 3- Wrap the dough around a horn mold. 4- Egg wash the dough and place it on a cookie pan covered by nonstick parchment paper. 5- Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 6- Preheat oven to 300º f(149º c), bake the pastry cones for 15 minutes. 7- Fill up the cones with pastry cream and dip them in walnuts.
