2 Oranges 2 Tbsp Orange Marmalade 3.5 oz (100g) Red Lettuce 3.5 oz (100g) Green Lettuce 3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1.5 oz (42g) Pine Nuts 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Carrots 1 Small Red Onion Ground Red Pepper Preparations: 1- Slice/Dice the oranges. 2- Chop the red and green lettuces. 3- Roast the pine nuts. 4- Grate the carrots. 5- Dice the red onion. Directions: SALAD: 1- Combine sliced oranges with carrots, onions, red and green lettuce. 2- Add the roasted pine nuts on top. SAUCE: 3- Combine rice vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, ground red pepper, and orange marmalade in a small container. 4- Mash two fresh garlic cloves on top and stir until well mixed. 5- Pour the sauce over the salad right before serving. 6- Stir thoroughly.
