MASHED POTATOES

2 Large Russet Potatoes 1/2 Cup Milk 4 Tablespoon Butter Salt, White Pepper Powder PREPARATIONS: 1- Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. 2- Boil 4-5 Cups Water. DIRECTIONS: 1- Boil the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. 2- Mash the potatoes. 3- Add 4 tbsp butter, white pepper powder and 1/2 cup milk and mash until well mixed. 4- Green onions may be added to the mixture before serving.
