MANGO ICE CREAM

1 Large Mango 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 3/4 Cup (7 oz / 198g) Sweetened Condensed Milk Preparations: 1- Peel and slice the the mongo. Puree the mango in a blender until smooth. Directions: 1- Whisk heavy whipping cream (medium speed) until semi-stiff peak. (Lifting the whisk should leave soft peaks). 2- Stir in sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream and mango puree. 3- Fold until all the ingredients are well mixed. 4- Cover and keep the ice cream in freezer for 4 hours.
