MAJOON (DATE SHAKE)

1 oz (28g) Walnuts (1/4 Cup) 0.5 oz (14g) Pistachios (1/8 Cup) 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Banana 6 Dates 4 Dried Figs 1 Tbsp Ground Coconut 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder Honey (Approx. 1 Tbsp) Whipped Cream PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place walnuts, pistachios, date and dried figs in a grinder and grind them down before adding the rest of the ingredients. 2- Add the cocoa powder, ground coconut, half a banana, vanilla ice cream, and add a cup of milk and continue grind/mix the ingredients until well mixed. 3- Pour the majoon in a large cup. 4- Lay some banana slices on top, and top them with honey and some pistachios and walnuts. 5- Spray some whipped cream on top and sprinkle some more cocoa powder on top and serve.
