JUMBO SHRIMP
1/2 lb (227g) Jumbo Shrimp 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Fresh Lime 1 Garlic Clove 1/2 Tsp Paprika 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper 1/4 Tsp Fish Seasoning 1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Clean the shrimps. DIRECTIONS: 1- Pour olive oil into a bowl. 2- Squeeze a fresh lime into the bowl. 3- Mash garlic into the bowl. 4- Add paprika, ground black pepper, fish seasoning, ginger powder, hot sauce, and few pinches of salt to the mixture, and stir thoroughly until well mixed. 5- Take a zip bag, place the cleaned shrimps into the bag and add the mixture to it. 6- Zip the bag up tight. 7- Shake and rub the marinate into shrimps. 8- Keep the bag into a refrigerator for about three hours (marinate). 9- Skewer the marinated shrimps on a wooden skewer. 10- Heat a grill pan for few minutes before grilling the shrimps. 11- Grill the shrimps.
