15oz (432g) Kernel Corn (1 Can) 1 Bunch Cilantro 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper Powder, Persian Spice Mix (Advieh) PREPARATIONS: 1- Mince the cilantro. DIRECTIONS: 1- Melt the unsalted butter in a pot over medium heat. 2- Add a can of kernel corn to the pot. 3- Add salt, oregano, black pepper powder and Persian spice mix (advieh). 4- Stir thoroughly, and fry the corns for 10 minutes. 5- Add the minced cilantro to the pot, continue stirring for a minute or two. Serve Hot!
