1 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour 2 Eggs 7.1 oz (200g) Sugar (1 Cup) 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup Yogurt (4.32 oz / 122.5 g) 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg 1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp Crushed Walnuts 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 1/8 Tsp Vegetable Oil PREPARATIONS: 1- Separate the egg whites and yolks. DIRECTIONS: 1- Whisk the egg yolks in a large bowl. 2- Add sugar, butter and yogurt and continue whisking until well mixed. 3- Add nutmeg, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder to the bowl and whisk thoroughly. 4- Stir in the walnuts and baking soda. 5- Mix in flour gradually while string. Continue whisking until well combined. 6- Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff. 7- Add the egg white to the batter and stir until combined. 8- Grease a cake pan with vegetable oil and then transfer the batter to it. 9- Preheat oven to 350º F (176º C), bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
