Churros
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour 4 Tbsp (2 oz / 57g) Unsalted Butter 1/4 Cup Sugar 1 Egg 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/8 Tsp Salt Vegetable Oil Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Pour 1/2 cup water into a pot. 2- Add unsalted butter and a pinch of salt to the pot. 3- While stirring, Heat the ingredients over medium heat until the butter is melted. 4- Turn of the heat. Stir in the flour. 5- Add the vanilla extract to the batter and continue stirring. 6- Transfer the batter to a bowl and continue stirring until the batter cools down thoroughly. 7- Stir in the egg. 8- Transfer the batter to a pastry bag. 9- Preheat vegetable oil. Deep fry the churros. 10- In a separate container, combine sugar and cinnamon powder. 11- Dip the churros into the sugar mixture and serve.
