CHEESE & BEANS DIP
10 oz (283g) Pinto Beans (Canned) 3 oz (85g) Smoked Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 oz (57g) Mozzarella 1 oz (28g) Mozzarella 4 oz (113g) Cream cheese 2 oz (57g) Chives 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce PREPARATIONS: 1- Slice the chives. 2- Grate the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine sliced chives with grated smoked sharp cheddar cheese, 2 oz mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. 2- Mash the ingredients until well combined. 3- Stir in buffalo sauce. 4- Mix the pinto beans to the mixture and stir until well combined. 5- Transfer the mixture to a bakeware and over the mixture with a 1 oz layer of mozzarella cheese. 6- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake the dip for 25 minutes. 7- Remove the dip from the oven and garnish with fresh sliced chives before serving.
