BURGER BUN
4 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour 2 Tbsp Sugar 2 Tsp Yeast 1 Medium Egg 1 Tsp Salt 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil Sesame Seeds PREPARATIONS: 1- Heat 1.5 cup water to 105º - 115º F (40º - 46º C). DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine 1.5 cup hot water with sugar and yeast, stir and allow to sit for few minutes. 2- Beat a medium egg in a large bowl until stiff. 3- Add salt, vegetable oil and the water/yeast mixture to the bowl and whisk until well mixed. 5- Add flour gradually, knead until thoroughly combined. NOTE: The dough should be little sticky, add more water or flour to adjust. 6- Rub the dough surface with vegetable oil and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. 7- Allow the dough to rise for about an hour or until double in size. 8- Take a fistful of the dough and make a ball shape and place it on a well floured bakeware. 9- Sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on top of the buns (dough). 10- Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes before placing it in oven. 11- Preheat oven to 355º F (179º C), Bake the bun for 30 minutes or until golden.
