1 (5 inch) Bread of your choice 4 oz (113g) Turkey Pastrami 1/4 Bunch / 0.5 oz (14g) Parsley 1 Egg 1.5 oz (42g) Mozzarella Cheese Preparations: 1- Slice the turkey salami. 2- Mince the parsley. Directions: 1- Hollow out the bread. 2- Fill with a layer of turkey salami, followed by a layer of parsley. 3- Crack an egg over the minced parsley. 4- Cover the egg and edges of the bread with mozzarella cheese. 5- Preheat oven to 300º F (149º C), bake the bread for half an hour.
