
Apple (Cranberry) Bread
1.5 Cup Apple Sauce
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
5 Tbsp / 2.4 oz (38g) Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom
1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves
Preparations:
None.
Directions:
1- Whisk butter and sugar together until well mixed.
2- Add the apple sauce and continue whisking until well combined.
3- In a separate container, combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom and cloves. Mixing thoroughly.
4- Gradually add the flour mixture to the apple sauce mixture while stirring/folding.
5- Fold/mix the ingredients until well combined.
6- Stir in the dried cranberries.
7- Grease a bakeware with butter.
8- Transfer the batter to the bakeware.
9- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake the bread for 70 minutes.
