Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (5 to 7) 1/2 Cup (Approx. 2.2 oz / 64g) All Purpose Flour 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 1 Egg 1/8 Cup Corn Starch Italian Seasoning (Approx. 1/2 Tbsp) Onion Flakes Ground Chili Pepper, Garlic Salt Vegetable Oil PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut the cheese sticks in half. DIRECTIONS: 1- Beat an egg until fluffy. 2- Stir in ground chili pepper, 3- In a small container, combine flour and corn starch. 4- In a separate container, combine bread crumbs, garlic salt and Italian seasoning and onion flakes(as much as you would prefer). Mix well. DIPPING: 5- Dip cheese sticks in the egg mixture 6- Roll them in the flour mixture, 7- Dip cheese sticks back in the egg mixture. 8- Place them in the bread crumbs and roll them until fully coated. 9- Preheat vegetable oil, deep fry the sticks in vegetable oil. 10- Remove the sticks and place them onto a napkin and rest them for few minutes to get the excessive oil off the sticks.
