
TUNA SANDWICH
10 oz (283g) Tuna (In Water) 2 cans 1/2 Bunch (1 oz / 28g) Parsley 1 Red Onion 1 Small Bell Pepper 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise Black Pepper, Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Dice the onion and bell pepper. 2- Mince the parsley. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine tuna, diced onions and bell pepper, minced parsley in a large bowl. 2- Stir in black pepper and salt as much as you prefer. 3- Add mayonnaise and stir until all the ingredients are coated with mayonnaise. The tuna is ready now. Spread the mixture over a bread roll.
