4.5 oz (127 g) Baby Spinach 1/4 Cup Walnuts 1 Garlic Clove 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 Lime Salt, Black Pepper Powder PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Grind a garlic clove in a grinder. 2- Add walnuts to the grinder and continue grinding until well mixed. 3- Add baby spinach to the mixture and keep grinding. 4- Add salt, black pepper powder and olive oil to the mixture. 5- Squeeze a half of a fresh lime on top. 6- Add parmesan cheese, and continue grinding until thoroughly mixed.
