2 Apples 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour 3 Eggs 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract Vegetable Oil Preparations: 1- Peel and slice the apples. Directions: 1- Beat the eggs. 2- Add sugar and vanilla extract. 3- Continue whisking thoroughly. 4- Whisk in the flour and baking soda. 5- Grease a bakeware with vegetable oil. 6- Transfer the apple slices over to the bakeware. 7- Pour the mixture over the apple slices. 8- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
