Directions: 1- Beat the eggs. 2- Add sugar and vanilla extract. 3- Continue whisking thoroughly. 4- Whisk in the flour and baking soda. 5- Grease a bakeware with vegetable oil. 6- Transfer the apple slices over to the bakeware. 7- Pour the mixture over the apple slices. 8- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
