Roasted Turkey Sandwich
3 (2 lbs / 900g) Turkey Legs with skin 1/2 Fresh Lemon 1 Chipotle Pepper 2 Garlic Cloves 3 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise Onion Flakes Crushed Red Pepper Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Paprika 1 Onion Preparations: 1- Wash and dry the turkey legs. Directions: 1- Mash garlic cloves (2). 2- Add oregano and olive oil (2 tbsp). Stir thoroughly. 3- Push the mixture under the turkey legs skin. 4- Transfer the turkey lets onto a bakeware. 5- Brush the legs with olive oil. 6- In a separate container, combine onion flakes, paprika, crushed pepper, salt and pepper. 7- Coat the turkey legs with the mixture. 8- Preheat oven to 200º F (93º C), Roast the turkey legs for 2 hours on until golden and the interior temperature reaches to 180º F. 9- Shred the roasted turkey. SAUCE: 10- Combine mayonnaise, olive oil (1 tbsp), salt and chipotle pepper. 11- Squeeze a half of fresh lemon on top. 12- Mash garlic cloves (3) over the mixture. 13- Mix the ingredients. 14- Add 3 tablespoon of the sauce over the shredded turkey.
