PUMPKIN PUREE

1 Pumpkin PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Cut the pumpkin in half. 2- Remove the seeds thoroughly. 3- Place the pumpkins on a 4 inch deep bakeware. 4- Preheat oven to 375º F (190º C), cook pumpkins for 40 minutes. 5- Allow few minutes to cool down. 6- Spoon out the pumpkin's pulp into a large bowl. 7- Mash the pulp thoroughly.
