1 2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour 2 Tsp Yeast 1 1/2 Tsp Sugar 1 Tsp Salt 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2/3 Cup Warm Water (not warmer than 110º F, 43º C) PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. 2- Add the warm water and olive oil and mix and knead until the dough cleans the sides of the bowl. 3- Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Add additional flour if the dough is sticky. 4- Remove the dough from the bowl, spread some olive oil around the bowl. 5- Place the dough back in the bowl, turn it over so that the entire dough is coated with olive oil. 6- Cover the dough with plastic wrap. 7- Set the bowl in a warm place until doubled in size, about 90 minutes.
