Mast Joosh
1 Cup Yogurt 1/4 Cup (Kashk) Whey 0.5 oz (14g) Leek Chives 1 Small Egg 0.5 oz (14g) Walnuts 1 Tomato 1 Onion Dried Mint, Crushed Red Pepper, Turmeric Vegetable Oil Preparations: 1- Dice the onion. 2- Peel and dice the tomato. 3- Mince the leek chives. 4- Mince the walnuts. Directions: 1- Fry the onions with vegetable oil until golden. 2- Stir in the minced leek chives, dried mint, crushed red pepper, turmeric, and walnuts to the pot. And continue frying for 2 minutes. 3- Whisk an egg in a bowl. 4- Add the whey (Kashk), yogurt, and diced tomatoes and continue whisking until well mixed. 5- Stir the mixture into the fried onions. 6- Simmer for 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
