LAHMAJUN
1/2 Bunch (8 oz / 227g) Ground Beef Pizza Dough 1 oz (28g) Italian Parsley 1 Bell Pepper 2 Tomatoes 1 Onion 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Tsp Cumin Paprika, Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Salt Preparations: 1- Slice the bell pepper, tomatoes, and the onion. 2- Grind the cumin. Directions: 1- Place the sliced bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, and parsley in a grinder. 2- Add tomato paste and mash the garlic cloves over the ingredients. 3- Garnish with paprika, black pepper, crushed red pepper, ground cumin and salt. 4- Grind the ingredients until well mixed. 5- Combine the mixture with the ground beef thoroughly. 6- Roll out the pizza dough as thin as possible and transfer the dough over to a bakeware. 7- Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture over the dough to cover the entire dough. 8- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the lahmajun for 8 to 10 minutes.
