ENCHILADAS SAUCE
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste 2 Garlic Cloves 1/4 Tsp Chili Powder 1 Tsp Onion Flakes 1/2 Tsp Cumin Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Grind the cumin. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine olive oil and olive oil in a small pot. 2- Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil while stirring. 3- Add chili powder, and mash 2 garlic cloves into the pot and stir. 4- Stir in onion flakes and salt. 5- Add tomato paste and stir until well mixed. 6- Stir in the ground cumin. 7- Pour in 3/4 cup of boiling water to the pot and stir thoroughly. 8- Continue the heat for few more minutes.
