1 lb (454g) Fully Cooked Edamame 3 Garlic Cloves 1 Lemon Olive Oil Crushed Red Pepper Salt Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Add salt, crushed red pepper, olive oil to the edamame and mash fresh garlic cloves on top. And mix throughly. 2- Preheat oven to 450º F (232º C), roast the edamame for 10 to 15 minutes. 3- Remove from oven and squeeze a fresh lemon over on top.
