CORN FRITTERS

1 Can (15 oz / 425g) Corn Kernels 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Approx. 4.5 oz / 128g) 1 Egg 1/2 Cup Milk 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1 Tsp Baking Powder Garlic Salt, Oregano, Turmeric, Ground Chili Pepper Vegetable Oil PREPARATIONS: 1- Melt unsalted butter. DIRECTIONS: 1- Whisk an egg until stiff. 2- Whisk in milk and melted butter. 3- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic salt, oregano, turmeric, and ground chili pepper. 4- Add the flour mixture to the egg and butter bowl gradually while whisking. 5- Stir in corn kernels to mixture. 6- pre heat vegetable oil and deep fry.
