CHICKEN PARMESAN
2 lbs (907g) Boneless Chicken Breast 2 Cups (14 oz) Marinara Sauce 2 oz (57g) Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Shredded) 4 oz (113g) Mozzarella Cheese 2 Eggs All-Purpose Flour Italian Bread Crumbs Vegetable Oil Salt, Black Pepper, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil PREPARATIONS: 1- Slice the chicken into thin steak. 2- Place the sliced chicken between two parchment paper and pound with mallet to tenderize. DIRECTIONS: 1- Whisk 2 eggs, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano together in a small bowl. 2- Dip the sliced chickens into flour and flip over to coat the chicken evenly, then into the egg mixture and finally cover with Italian bread crumbs. 3- Fry the chicken breast with vegetable oil. 4- Cover a bakeware with marinara sauce. 5- Lay the fried chicken breast over the marinara sauce to create a layer. 6- Garnish with dried basil. 7- Cover the chickens with a layer of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 8- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), Bake the parmesan chicken for 20 minutes.
