CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA
2 lbs (907g) Boneless Chicken Breast 1 lb (454g) Pizza Dough 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Approx. 2 oz / 57g) 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Approx. 2 oz / 57g) 1/4 Cup Romano Cheese (Approx. 2 oz / 57g) 1/4 Cup Alfredo Sauce (Approx. 3 oz / 85g) 1 Tsp Vegetable Oil Salt, Black Pepper, Dried Oregano, Garlic Powder Preparations: 1- Slice the boneless chicken breast. Directions: 1- Garnish the chicken breast with salt, pepper and dried oregano. 2- Grill the chicken breast over preheated grill pan. 3- Allow the grilled chicken to cool down before handling. 4- Meanwhile, Grease a pizza pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle flour. 5- Roll out the pizza dough to cover the entire pan. 6- Poke holes into the dough with a fork. 7- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the dough for 10 minutes. 8- Dice the grilled chicken breast. 9- Remove the pizza bread from oven. 10- Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese. 11- Top with layers of Alfredo sauce, diced chicken breast, Romano cheese and another layer of mozzarella cheese. 12- Garnish with garlic powder. 13- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the pizza for 16 minutes. 14- Add dried oregano before serving.
