
CARAMELIZED ONION PIZZA
Pizza Dough
3 oz (57g) Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz (28g) Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Onions
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
Italian Seasoning
Salt, Ground Chili Pepper
PREPARATIONS:
1- Slice the onions.
DIRECTIONS:
1- Fry sliced onions with vegetable oil in a pot until just start becoming golden.
2- Stir in brown sugar, salt and ground chili pepper to the pot and continue frying for 5 more minutes.
3- Roll out pizza dough over a pizza pan.
4- Grease the dough with olive oil.
5- Mash fresh garlic cloves and spread over the dough.
6- Garnish with Italian seasoning.
7- Spread the onions over the dough to cover the surface.
8- Top with mozzarella cheese followed by cheddar cheese.
9- Preheat over to 350º F (177º C), bake the pizza for 35 minutes.
