1 lb (454g) Cabbage 3 Eggs 1 Tbsp Rice Flour 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Salt and Pepper Preparations: 1- Chop the cabbage. Directions: 1- Fry the cabbages with vegetable oil (1 Tbsp) until translucent. 2- Cover the pot and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. 3- Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, cinnamon powder, and rice flour until well mixed. 4- Allow the fried cabbages to cool down and stir into the egg mixture. 5- Heat up vegetable oil (2 tbsp) and transfer the frittata to fry on both sides.
