Beef Scallopini
1 lb (454g) Thinly Sliced Beef 1/4 Cup Shredded Romano Cheese 1 Egg 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 3/4 Cup Chicken Broth 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth 1 Cup (Italian Style) Bread Crumbs 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 0.5 oz (14g) Italian Parsley 3 Garlic Cloves 1 Lime 1/2 Tbsp Corn Starch Salt and Pepper Olive Oil Preparations: 1- Mince the parsley. Directions: 1- Combine bread crumbs with shredded romano cheese in a large bowl. 2- Stir in as much as salt and pepper you prefer. 3- In a separate bowl, beat an egg until fluffy. 4- Deep the beef slices into the egg and transfer into the crumbs to coat both sides thoroughly. 5- Fry the beef with olive oil. SUACE: 6- Melt butter in a small pot. 7- Mash garlic cloves into the pot and Sauté. 8- Juice a fresh lime into the pot. 9- Pour in 3/4 cup of chicken broth. 10- Bring the mixture to a boil. 11- Combine 1/4 cup chicken broth with corn starch and add to the mixture. 12- Continue boiling for 5 more minutes. 13- Stir in heavy whipping cream and remove from stove. 14- Serve the fried beefs in a dish. Top with the sauce and minced parsley.
